Bert, You have inspired my greatest work and so it is only fitting that I dedicate this site to you. Your eternal presence is the wind beneath my wings. Love always, Mom
The journey of the bereaved is a long and difficult one.  For a parent who has lost a child, the loss is accompanied by so many other losses . . . The dreams and hopes we had for them; the graduation, the wedding, the grandchild we hoped to welcome into the family; the family gatherings and laughter shared, and the holidays that are now too difficult to enjoy.

Parents are not the only ones who grieve.   The spouse who lost a beloved partner, the sibling who lost their best friend, the grandparent who lost the grandchild,  the son or daughter who lost a beloved parent, and the individual who lost a friend are also grieving.  The loss of a loved one affects the entire family and community.

We are dedicated to assisting  families and individuals who are grieving a loss, with support and resources to aid in the healing process.   We offer a safe place where stories can be shared, surrounding them with love and acceptance as we all travel together on a healing journey "From Grief to Hope"

  • Wonderful resource for those who are trying to navigate through grief. The author not only shares her own journey but helps the reader to find their own personal path to healing by asking questions and encouraging each of us to think, reflect and listen to our own inner voice. This method allows our hearts to do the emotional processing work as we move through the pain. “Journey from Grief to Hope” certainly is a complete journey towards hope, containing a multitude of information and guidance. This book also helps us to realize that “death is not to be feared, but rather embraced as part of our journey on earth”. Highly recommended!

  • Warning: read this book slowly and allow it to guide you through the healing process. There is no rush, take a deep breath, and begin. This book is focused on how to move forward after loss by honoring your loved one and forgiving yourself. Estrella Tinch has created a self-help book while sharing her most heartfelt memories of her son. She is blending both her true emotional grit with a loving way to create a new normal for those struggling to move forward after the loss of their loved one. You will find guidance toward creating a safe space to grieve and other answers to the questions that arise during this process. This book is a safe place. You are in good hands.
