6-Week Grief Coaching Sessions
Grief is the natural consequence of loss and, invariably, it's also part of life. The degree of pain and sadness associated with grief will vary depending on your relationship to your departed loved one. Some choose to grieve on their own, but for many, the pain of the loss is so intense, they need guidance from a trained professional that understands. We can help you during your most difficult time with a plan that is right for you.
How to End The Cycle of Depression
Our ‘Inner World’ always manifests itself in our ‘Outer World’. Thought power is the key to creating our reality. Everything we perceive in the physical world had its origins in the invisible, inner world of our thoughts and beliefs.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
When we change our thought patterns, we can better manage our emotions during grief and stressful times. NLP helps clients identify and replace patterns that are no longer working to enjoy a balanced, happier and more productive life.

The techniques we use can help you understand and express your emotions, reduce stress and emotional pain, increase self-awareness and intuition. Expressive Art can also help you identify patterns and beliefs that interfere with your ability to feel at peace.
Clients explore how ancient indigenous cultures used wisdom, tools, rituals and art to honor their dead and manifest peace, harmony & alignment in their lives.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
The techniques we use help clients to develop self awareness and understand why they think and act the way they do. They learn how to stop negative thinking, self sabotaging behaviors, manage anger, anxiety and excessive worrying during times of grief and loss.
We offer bi-monthly Facebook Live mini sessions on a variety of grief-related topics.
