Grief is the natural consequence of loss and, invariably, it's also part of life. The degree of pain and sadness associated with grief will vary depending on your relationship to your departed loved one. Some choose to grieve on their own, but for many, the pain of the loss is so intense, they need guidance from a trained professional that understands. I can help you during your most difficult time . . . I will listen to your story of loss and, together, we will create a plan of action for you to ultimately move from Grief to Hope. This is available via ZOOM to individuals and families throughout Florida.
Therapeutic art consisting of mandalas, affirmation art, vision/dream boards and guided meditation can help clients manage their emotions in a positive way to feel more confident. The techniques can reduces stress, heal emotional pain, increase self-awareness, intuition and self expression. It can also help to change limiting patterns and beliefs that interfere with a person's ability to feel at peace.
