ESTRELLA ALVAREZ-TINCH - Founder Emeritus

​After years of dedicated service, I am stepping down from my primary role as CEO of From Grief to Hope, the nonprofit I founded in 2017 following the loss of my beloved son, Bert. While I will no longer serve as CEO, I remain deeply committed to the organization’s mission. I will continue to support its growth as Founder Emeritus and consultant to the Board of Directors. 'From Grief to Hope’ was created to be a sanctuary—a place where parents, spouses, and families can share their stories, find connection, and receive compassionate support in the wake of profound loss.
